Action of amines and hydrazines derivatives on the N-(3-carbethoxy-2-trienyl) iminoethers: Synthesis of thieno [2-3-d] pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones
Written by sctunisie no commentsN-(3-carbethoxy-2-thienyl) iminoethers 2, obtained from 2-amino-3-carbethoxythiophenes 1, react with primary amines and hydrazines derivatives to give thieno [2,3-d] pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 3 and 4. From a mechanistic view point, the reaction proceeds by the intermediary amidines 3' which were isolated.
