Phase diagram of the binary system NaNO2 - NaNO3
Written by sctunisie no commentsAn isobaric NaNO2 - NaNO3 phase diagram is obtained using simultaneous thermal analysis technique. The results show the existence of five horizontal lines situated at the following temperatures : 158°C, 177°C, 225°C, 227°C and 229°C. In addition an equimolecular intermediate compound is appearing, which is stable between 177° and 229°C.
