Electrochemical difluoration of 1-alkylindenes
Written by sctunisie no commentsThe electrochemical fluoroacetamidation of 1-Alkylindene (CH3CN, Et3N, 3HF), gave small amounts of difluorinated products. The electrochemical difluorination in Et3N, 3HF/CH2Cl2 have been achieved, and the difluorinated became the major products formed. The diastereoisomers obtained were identified by NMR 1H, 13C and 19F.
