Polarographic study of the reduction of dehydroascorbic acid by thiols

Dehydroascorbic acid reduction by thiols is carried out using classical and differential polarography. Electrochemical behaviours of reagents: ascorbic, dehydroascorbic, glutathione. British Anti Lewisite, are examinated, also the analytical advantages of this method.
